Your Warranty

What do we guarantee?

We offer a 20-year guarantee for our upstands! Ascot Skylights guarantees our GRP up-stands and the bond-to-glass process for up to 20 years from the date of your purchase.

 

We also provide a 10-year glass guarantee from the date of purchase!

 

Any problems with our products will be sorted out as soon as possible.

 

What’s not covered by our guarantee?

 

We do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to our skylights at the time of fitting or delivery unless the installation has been undertaken by ourselves.

 

In such a case, any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt or fitting your skylight whichever comes first.

Payments

 

  • A 25% deposit will be required on all bespoke orders.

  • Unless you hold an account full payment must be made prior to delivery.

  • We recommend a minimum pitch of 10 degrees for flat skylights to aid water runoff (normally flat roofs have a 5-degree pitch).

  • Fairings are easily fabricated and fitted by the installer.

 

Money back guarantee 

 

Payment will be refunded when the skylight has been returned. If for any reason our skylights are damaged or go missing in transit, are faulty or not as described. Full buyers cost.

 

Please inform us within 24 hours of any issues you may have.
